DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY POLICY?
Our product is warranted for 5 years, to be free of any manufacturing defects from the date of manufacturing.
WHAT IS THE VOLTAGE OF YOUR VALVES?
Our AA Valve is a 24DC voltage.
Our RI Valve is a 24AC voltage.
DO YOUR VALVES USE POWER OPEN OR POWER CLOSE?
Our valves do not take power to open, as we are powered closed zone valves, made in the USA.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to the United States, Canada, and Italy.
HOW MANY VALVES CAN YOU PUT ON ONE TRANSFORMER?
On a 14' transformer, up to 8 VA can be used.
On a 16' transformer, up to 10 VA can be used.
